Simply Good Agency (“Simply Good,” “we,” or “us”) is based in Riverside, California. This policy explains what information we collect through simplygood.agency, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, your email address, your business or organization if you choose to share it, and your message. We also record the IP address the message was sent from to help us prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- Respond to your message and answer your questions.
- Talk with you about a potential project.
- Protect our website from spam and abuse.
We don’t sell or rent your information, we don’t use it for advertising, and we won’t add you to a mailing list without your permission.
Website analytics
We use Fathom Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service, to understand how many people visit our website and which pages are useful. Fathom doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t track you across other websites, and doesn’t collect personal information. The statistics we see are aggregated and can’t be used to identify you.
Cookies
We only use the cookies our website needs to work: a session cookie and a security token that protects our contact form from forged requests. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this website, including our hosting provider, Resend (which delivers contact form messages to our inbox), and Fathom Analytics. They process information on our behalf only to provide their services to us.
To keep spam out of our inbox, our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person (not a bot) is sending the message. We also check the email address and IP address you send from against StopForumSpam, a public list of known spammers. Your message itself isn’t shared with either service.
How long we keep it
We keep contact form messages for as long as we need them to respond to you and to maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. We won’t treat you differently for making a request.
Children
Our website is meant for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we’ll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
